  Dr. Okeke is the President/CEO and Owner of Medicalincs. Currently, through Medicalincs, Dr. Okeke advises and supports healthcare leaders and organizations on strategic solutions to enhance implementation framework strategy, improve operational efficiencies and outcomes, and increase revenue volume/revenue streams.

  Collectively, she has spent two decades as a healthcare executive, advisor, physician, change management facilitator, and accomplished speaker and entrepreneur. During this time, she has delivered multi-million cost savings and improved population health outcomes. She has held several leadership positions, notably at Kaiser Permanente, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Johns Hopkins.

  She currently also serves as a senior advisor to the CEO at Priority Partners (Johns Hopkins Healthcare) on board priorities, a board member of Lasell Village, and a Maryland Health Care Commission Advisory Council member on Primary Care Transformation (appointed by the Maryland Secretary of Health).

Her extensive experience encompasses strategic HR management, talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, benefit management and payroll. With a robust background in HR and organizational psychology, Flavia excels in devising innovative solutions to complex workplace challenges, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

  She is fully bilingual in both Spanish and English, offering a seamless communication and collaboration across multicultural environments.   Mr. Jelenke is a business advisor and investment professional who has built a career in corporate finance, accounting, tax, and investment experience. As an expert business advisor, he has leveraged opportunities with small and mid-sized companies, improving profitability while saving firms millions.

  He has secured over $50 million in project financing and working capital for a number of organizations. He is the founder of a hybrid advisory firm that focuses on strategic partnerships. Previously, Mr. Jelenke served as senior managing principal at a boutique business and management consulting firm in the DC area.

  He is an avid volunteer for non-profit organizations and enjoys networking in the DC community.

  Medical Doctor and Emergency Health Programming Specialist with 6+ years in Community Medicine, Public Health, Emergency Operations, and Research.
