BIO
Clement ‘Clem’ Gyan is a problem solver at heart. He is at his best when figuring out how to solve a multipronged problem that requires creativity. Prior to Medicalincs, Clement was part of the Strategy team at UPMC Health Plan. Clement was part of UPMC CHC strategic efforts to provide quality home and community-based services while increasing revenue.
Prior to UPMC, Clem was the Director of Multicultural Health Initiatives at the American Heart Association where he run multiple programs and projects covering five different states–Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Delaware. Clement was charged with executing AHA’s programming geared towards reducing cardiovascular diseases in the most vulnerable population in these areas.
Clement has worked in a variety of settings including small, large, non-profit and startup firms and has a lot of insight into the mechanization of organizations. He is excited to bring his insight to Medicalincs to provide data driven solution to our clients.
