Ms. Ortman is a healthcare professional with over a decade’s worth of experience in the healthcare industry. Her main areas of focus have involved quality improvement programs and methods, practice transformation, health plan payer experience, and project/program management. In her role, she serves as the Director of Accountable Care & Care Transformation Portfolio.
Angelica is currently pursuing her PhD, and is conducting her research on type 2 diabetes patients’ experience with accessing primary care in rural and urban settings. In her spare time, Angelica enjoys cooking, spin class, and traveling.
